Burn, burn, burn! Oh! My Poor Fat!

Months ago, I'd met stone and clockwiz-the only this blog's readers-and talked about what the age, to get older and heaths were. They were common-usual topics at our age. Then, stone and clockwiz had told about their efforts-swimming and running- and the benefits of regular exercises.
Well, sobriety, good physical conditions, and stress managements. Those were the main drivers of everyday-time consuming-hard-exercises. Anyway at that time, though I was worring about my increasing weight and thick fat on stomack, I did never mind their advise. Because the everyday exercise meant the obviously hard and time-consuming work to me, I though.

Mind Changed two months ago. A human being is an economical animal if he doesn't have enough money to squander for his pleasure.

In the far end of the last winter, I found I might have to buy a couple of new clothes if I kept my current weight and the body shape. Frankly, I was shocked when I found most of spring-summer suites in the closet were too small to wear. There's no way except having slimmer body for not spending the real "extra" money. Thus, I made my mind to lose my weight. It was about two months ago.

Four or five times 40-munites running a week as well as 15-munites weight training for chest and belly for two months. And finally I took away about 5 kg from the terrible weight without any diet. And hopefully, a possibility to wear the old clothes one more season!

The goal at the moment is to lose more as much as 5 kg in two months. And this time, I consider some kind of diet.

Good job. You've lost 5kg in a such a short time. Great!!
You save money as much as you lose.
You must be happy now since you have next goal to lose another 5 Kg.

My experience was I lost 8 Kg within couple of month when I started exercise without diet like you.

I did exercise, drinking green tea and half-sunk-sauna at the same time. I belive exercise was the main horse absolutely but others helped me so much. I'd like to advise those.

It took 8 month to lose extra 2 Kg.
By accident I didn't do green tea and half-sunk-sauna at that time.
No relationship were proved but I belive a kind of synergy act out.
