The doctor said,

No more monkeys jumping on the bed! Well, it's a joke.

(Thick cloud in this morning.

Somewhere over the cloud may be the sun)

I (and the doctor) had failed to find the reason of my chronic fatigue even though the successive blood checkup, various test and so on. The doctor said, however,

- We didn't have any specific reason for that, and thus no drug/pill at the moment.
- OK. Fine
- Instead, it would be better to change your habits in everyday life.
No smoking, no alcohols, no coffee, no tea, no sugar included drink, no sweet things, no chocolate, no cookie nor cracker, and no milk-base food if possible..
- What ?

I believe I can not go on my life with the above instruction. Alas..

I think your chronic fatigue seems from metal reason, not by physical reason. How about search a meaning something and focus on doing it?

Yup, I agree I have some pressure from work and family. But in medicine, they seemed to regard some big troubles as reasons of stress, like deaths of closed-people, loss of job, or drug/alcohol abues..

Raphael: Why don't you show me some pictures for the beautiful clouds and sky ?

I've just seen but no picture.
I'll show you the next day's sky just before sunset at rooftop of my office if it looks nice -worth of appreciation.

Definitely, two days before yesterdays sky was much more gorgeous.
