Boiled Pork Belly with Kimchi
Well, it's not usual, especially in the weekday's night after work, but I'd done it successfully for about two hours or more. Yup, I made it for kids, though they could have it in the next morning. Agree the heavy pork meat were not excellent for breakfast dish, but anyway delicious..

Ingredients: Pork(Lump of the belly part), Onions, Spring Onions, Garlics, Cinnamon, Bay leaves, Deonjang(Soybean Paste), Soju and fresh water.
